This design/build project also required fundraising through the Water Supply Reserve Account of the Colorado Water Conservation Board. A design was developed and an application was submitted to both the local Roundtable and the State Board. The project provides for a full decree of water from the Canadian River near Walden, CO while providing for fish passage and improving aquatic habitat.
